At this time, Evergreen Elf™ does not accept returns for any reason other than those reasons specifically stated in the Warranty. Full warranty text is detailed below:
Evergreen Elf Limited Warranty
Belac Products, LLC warrants that the product is free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of initial purchase of the product. This Limited Warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the product.
Belac Products, LLC shall, at its sole discretion, repair a defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product/model at no cost as provided herein. To obtain warranty repair or replacement, the original purchaser must deliver or ship the product, shipping charges and return shipping charges prepaid, to Belac Products, LLC, 5160 Indiana Avenue, Winston Salem, NC 27106, in the original packaging with proof of the date of original purchase in the form of a bill of sale or purchase receipt.
This Limited Warranty covers only normal use of the product. This Limited Warranty will not apply (1) if any part of the product other than the water probe has been submerged in water or any other liquid, (2) if the product suffers damage or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or neglect, (3) if the product suffers damage or malfunction caused by use of the product for any purpose other than the product’s purpose as stated in product packaging and instructions, (4) if the product suffers damage or malfunction caused by accident or otherwise not resulting from defect in material or workmanship, (5) if the product is altered or modified in any way from its original, as manufactured condition or (6) if the product is used by a child twelve (12) years old or younger without adult supervision and the product suffers damage or malfunction. THE PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY and children twelve (12) years old or younger should have adult supervision when using or interacting with the product.
To the extent allowed by law, this Limited Warranty is exclusive of and given in lieu of all other warranties, oral or written, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description. Except as provided in this Limited Warranty, Belac Products, LLC is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, personal injury or damage that may result from use of the product. Under no circumstances shall Belac Products, LLC be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product. No reseller of the product or agent or employee of Belac Products, LLC is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this Limited Warranty.

Orders for Evergreen Elf may be placed through our website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders will be processed in the order they are received within 2 business days of receipt and shipped via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping orders are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina and we ship to all 50 US States, including Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping for Evergreen Elf is currently not available. Shipping prices are determined by the Ship To address and will vary based on location.
USPS observes the following Holidays and shipment will not be available at that time. Please allow extra time to receive your item when placing orders around these days:

- Independence Day – July 4
- Labor Day – September 3

Lost or Stolen Packages must be reported to us within 2 weeks (14 consecutive days) of placing your order. Once you have reported your package missing, we will conduct an inquiry with our fulfillment facility and shipment carrier about the missing package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you if stock is available.

If your package is refused, cannot be delivered, or is unclaimed, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs and any taxes that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipment.
